Kyle only did this part of the jungle gym and climbed down.  Apparently way too scary.

Kyle had quite the time on the bull.  Let's just say the bull won, and left the poor boy with a bruised head and bloody nose.

NO pool....No problem!
Ahhh, sisterly LOVE-Hardly!

Whaaaaa-whoooooo!

We had such a great time with our family.  Many more memories to add to the ones we already have,  and I hope many more to come.

Wee Witches Weekend

Baylee and I love to go to Gardner Village at Halloween time! We really enjoy the witches that they decorate with. This year we went with my friend (Tenille) and her twins (McKenna & McKenzie). We met up at Tenille's house and got the girls ready. I crimped all their hair and painted their nails black and orange. They were so excited to go and were very anxious to go all week! We stopped at McDonalds along the way for dinner and off we went to have a great girls night out!

When we first got there we decided to do "The Witch Hunt". We walked around and located all the cute life sized witches that they have set up. The prize? A cookie from the bakery! The girls had a blast!

I don't know if you can really tell in the bottom picture what the witches are doing on the roof, but they are flying in on their brooms. They have a bunch of signs with airline names (witchy kind of names of course!) but I can't remember what they said. I'll have to pay closer attention next time. Heck, I probably should just ask Baylee, she remembers everything!!

Conga Line
The following Weekend on October 25, 2008, we went to the musical dinner theater called " Whichapalooza". Oh my heck, we laughed a lot. They got the audience to participate and at the end, one of the witches in the play came and got Baylee to start their conga line. Bay thought is was fabulous and wants to go again next year.

IT'S ALMOST FALL

I love this time of year! The colors, the crispness of the air, the warmer clothes, and the smells. Ahhh, I just love it!!!

Baylee and Kyle started school the end of July and are in year round school now. They have been off track for the last two weeks and are driving me crazy! They are typical brother and sister...annoying the crap out of each other. This weekend "Mama" will be taking Kyle to Idaho. Bruce will be working on Saturday, so that leaves just Baylee and I to go do girly things...maybe we'll go to Gardner Village, we'll see.

Baylee is in the 3rd grade and Kyle is in the 1st. They both love their teachers. Baylee loves to read, learn about history and draw. Kyle is doing really well with reading and spelling. If you ask him what his favorite thing to do in school it would be, "RECESS." Why would we think anything different?!

Well that's about all for now. I'll post soon.
